The One Life to Live alum, who\u2019d played Joey as a youngster, shared that \u201cI lived my whole life with this disorder undiagnosed\u2026 and then experienced heavy psychothemia,\u201d a chronic mood disorder that causes manic-depressive episodes that are somewhat milder than full-on bipolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"419\" height=\"192\" src=\"https:\/\/ifefe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-61.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ifefe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-61.png 419w, https:\/\/ifefe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-61-300x137.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 419px) 100vw, 419px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McKenna\u2019s situation culminated during Covid. That was \u201cwhen I had my first dangerous depression since I was a teenager, which was followed by a manic psychotic episode which required hospitalization. And that\u2019s when I finally got the diagnosis that I needed my whole life,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd I got on medication, lithium.
