Sonny Corinthos doesn’t make empty threats — and this time, the stakes are lethal. When dangerous fixer Sidwell becomes a liability, Sonny’s solution is simple: erase the problem. The order is clear, the target is chosen, and the man expected to pull the trigger is the one who never misses — Jason Morgan.

""

But this job is different. And Jason knows it.

Sidwell isn’t just another enemy circling Sonny’s empire. He may be the sole link to something far more precious — Britt Westbourne’s mysterious “miracle medication.” A treatment that’s keeping the terrifying symptoms of Huntington’s at bay. A drug with no official paper trail. No backup supplier. And no guarantee it exists beyond Sidwell’s control.

That revelation changes everything.

""

For Sonny, Sidwell is a ticking bomb. Blackmail. Leverage. Exposure. The kind of threat that gets people killed in Port Charles. And Sonny doesn’t hesitate when his world is at risk. He gives the order because that’s who he is — decisive, ruthless, and protective of his power at all costs.

For Jason, the choice is unbearable.

Kill Sidwell, and Britt may lose the only thing standing between her and a devastating future. Disobey Sonny, and Jason risks shattering the loyalty that has defined his entire life. Either way, someone pays the price — and it won’t be clean.

""

What makes this even more explosive is what Jason hasn’t said out loud yet: if Sidwell dies without a secured alternative, Britt’s condition could spiral fast. The “miracle” could vanish overnight. And Jason would have to live with knowing his obedience ended her chance at survival.

This isn’t about loyalty anymore.
It’s about love, sacrifice, and whether Jason Morgan can pull the trigger when the cost is Britt’s life — even if she never knows it.

Sonny believes the move is necessary.
Jason knows the fallout could be irreversible.

And the real question haunting Port Charles is this:
Will Jason follow orders… or will this be the moment he finally says no?

Because once Sidwell is gone, there’s no undo button — and no second dose waiting in the wings.
