Willow’s risky power play splits the fandom—was Drew right to threaten everything?

GENERAL HOSPITAL FANDOM CIVIL WAR ALERT. Willow Tait’s custody crusade has the fanbase DRAGGING her like never before.

On Friday, Liz literally BEGGED Willow to think. But did she? NO. Willow doubled down. And fans are PISSED. “Give it up, Willow!” trended on Facebook fan groups within an hour. “She’s risking her family for what?!”

And Drew? He went DARK. Threats. Control. Lines you don’t cross. Fans are SHOOK. “This isn’t love, it’s power,” one tweeted. “He’s turning into Sonny 2.0,” another groaned.

The psychology here cuts deep. Willow’s desperation is tied to her grief, her need for control. Drew’s need to dominate is about his trauma and insecurity. Together, it’s a ticking bomb.

But here’s the kicker—fans aren’t united. Some defend Willow: “She’s fighting for what’s right.” Others defend Drew: “Finally, he’s showing strength.” The split is REAL, and it’s tearing fan groups apart.

Predictions? This war will DESTROY families. Willow could lose Michael. Drew could lose Carly. And fans might never forgive either of them.
