If so, can she dodge suspicion, or will her actions unravel her bond with Willow?

Nina’s Motive: A Mother’s Fury
Nina’s fierce love for Willow makes her a prime suspect. Drew’s affair with her daughter, followed by his restraining orders against Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos), pushed Nina to the edge.

His manipulations, like turning Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) into the authorities, only deepened her rage. Fans speculate Nina acted to free Willow from Drew’s influence, especially after her custody loss.

Shooting him would be a bold move, but Nina’s past — burning bridges with lies — shows she is more than capable. Her alibi for Willow might be a cover to deflect suspicion from herself, but cracks in her story could expose her.

A Risky Coverup Looms
Nina’s quick alibi for Willow, claiming they were together during the shooting, seemed selfless, but Willow’s confusion hints at a lie.

If Nina is the shooter, it’s possible she will bank on her Corinthos ties — perhaps leaning on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) — to dodge Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) investigation.

But with other suspects like Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in the mix, Nina’s story could falter under scrutiny, especially if Drew survives and recalls details.

Her basement entanglement with Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) captivity adds another layer — any slip could tie her to multiple crimes.

Will Willow Turn on Nina?
If Nina shot Drew, the fallout could shatter her fragile bond with Willow. Willow is already wary, questioning Nina’s alibi motives — did she protect her, or use her as a shield? If the truth surfaces, Willow might reject Nina, unable to forgive a violent act, even if meant to save her.

Fans speculate a confrontation could push Willow closer to Michael or Carly, leaving Nina isolated. Will Nina’s desperate act be her undoing, or can she spin it to keep Willow’s trust? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just around the corner.

General Hospital spoilers reveal whispers are pointing to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) as the potential shooter of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)!
