She jumped straight to the conclusion as if the answer had been sitting in her mind long before Britt even opened her mouth. The speed of her deduction wasn’t impressive — it was unsettling. Within moments, she identified Cullum as Marco’s killer, mapped out the threat, and pivoted into strategy mode. That kind of precision doesn’t come from guesswork. It feels like confirmation. And the real question is: confirmation of what she already knew?

What makes the moment even more suspicious is how Joss reacted. A normal person, even a trained one, would hesitate. They would question, doubt, process. But Joss did none of that. She didn’t pause or seek validation. She didn’t even appear shocked. Instead, she moved forward with clarity and urgency, as if she had been waiting for this exact scenario to unfold. That wasn’t the behavior of someone discovering the truth. That was the behavior of someone executing a plan already in motion.

And then came the most disturbing part of all — her suggestion that Britt should kill Cullum. On the surface, it can be framed as desperation. Cullum is dangerous. He has already proven he is willing to kill. But the way Joss presented it didn’t feel like fear-driven survival. It felt calculated. Almost strategic. Killing Cullum wouldn’t just eliminate a threat. It would silence him. Permanently. And that raises a chilling possibility: what if Cullum knows something that Joss cannot afford to let him say?

There is also the question of Britt herself. By pushing Britt toward murder, Joss would be placing her in an impossible position. If Britt goes through with it, she loses everything — her career, her freedom, possibly her life. But in doing so, she also becomes compromised. And a compromised Britt is a controllable Britt. That creates leverage. Whether intentional or not, Joss’s suggestion shifts power in a way that benefits her more than anyone else in the room. This wasn’t just about stopping Cullum. It was about controlling the outcome.

The deeper you look, the more it feels like Joss is operating with information she hasn’t shared. How did she piece together Cullum’s involvement so quickly? Did she already suspect him? Did she learn something through the WSB that she hasn’t revealed? Or has she been tracking this situation longer than anyone realizes? There is a growing sense that Britt wasn’t the first person Joss connected these dots for. She may simply be the first person Joss chose to act on it with.

And if Britt listens to her, the consequences could be devastating in ways Joss never acknowledged. If Cullum dies, the legal fallout alone could destroy Jason. What is currently framed as attempted murder could escalate into something far worse. In trying to “fix” the situation, Joss may actually be sealing Jason’s fate. Or worse, she may already know that and is willing to take that risk. Either way, the outcome is the same. Everyone else stands to lose. Britt loses her life as she knows it. Jason risks everything. And Joss walks away untouched.

That is what makes this shift in her character so unsettling. Joss once stood on the side of moral clarity. She believed in right and wrong, in justice over violence. But now, her actions suggest something far more complex and far more dangerous. She isn’t just reacting to the chaos around her. She is shaping it. Making moves. Pushing people. Steering outcomes. Whether she realizes it or not, she is beginning to think like the very people she once condemned.

So the real mystery isn’t just what happened to Marco or what Cullum has done. It’s what Joss knows — and why she’s choosing to keep it hidden. Because nothing about that moment in Britt’s office felt spontaneous. It felt deliberate. And if Cullum ever wakes up, he may not just expose the truth about the crimes everyone is chasing. He might expose the truth about Joss herself.

Josslyn didn’t just connect the dots in Britt’s office.
