Their conversations made it clear this was not a casual relationship — there was deep emotional history between them. During their final interaction, Curtis turned away after discovering cocaine in her room and ultimately chose to build a future with Jordan instead. Then Grace vanished completely.
And that disappearance is exactly why fans should pay attention. General Hospital never explained what happened to Grace after she left town. There was no proper goodbye, no confirmation of her future, and certainly no indication she wasn’t carrying Curtis’s child. In soap opera storytelling, unresolved characters rarely disappear forever. If Grace conceived a baby during late 2016 or early 2017 — precisely when she reconnected with Curtis in Port Charles — that child would have been born sometime in 2017.
